The TOUCH DJ controller is the result of a fruitful collaboration between Reloop and Virtual DJ. It has a 7-inch touchscreen, effect faders and plenty of other handy features. At first sight, it's clear this controller is different than the norm because the touch-sensitive jog wheels are located at the top. Underneath them, there are four effect faders per deck that are designed for video mixing. The beating heart of the TOUCH is the 7-inch full-colour touchscreen that shows either video images for editing or up a maximum of four waveforms for optimal use of your 4-channel mixer.
Virtual DJ blueprint
The collaboration between Virtual DJ and Reloop resulted in more than just the TOUCH hardware. It also resulted in the full version of the Virtual DJ 8 PRO software. If you prefer a different kind, no problem - this device works seamlessly with other types of software as well. When you're ready to start mixing your tracks, there's a 3-band EQ per channel with filter effects and eight performance pads per deck that can be used to call up various functions. You can even split up functionality by selecting the top four pads for one mode and the other four for another.

Het scherm wordt aangestuurd vanuit de laptop als zg. 2 scherm. De reloop Touch dus absoluut niet standalone.
Een usb rechtstreeks aansluiten zal niet gaan.
De touch werkt niet prettig zoals je gewend bij een ipad en met natte vingers reageerde de touch geheel niet.
Bij het afspelen van een nummer komt de touch in een soort sluimerstand, ookal staat alle energie besparing uit bij de laptop. De sluimerstand bevind zich binnen 3 minuten en bij een plots snelle fader beweging zoals
bij een mengpaneel zal de Reloop Touch niet reageren. Alle drivers heb ik up to date echter het probleem blijft zich
voordoen.
Bij mixen in the key is het apparaat bijzonder grappig en werkt goed.
Video mixing heb iknog niet gebruikt.
Het is bij lange na geen pioneer en kan niet tippen aan de cdjs 1000mk-xx waar ik anders mee draai.
Baal behoorlijk van deze aankoop die naar verhouding echt te duur is naar wat het apparaat kan.
Voor thuisgebrijk leuk, on stage niet doen.

Dit is bijna de enige controller met een scherm die video's afspeelt , de andere is een Pioneer van ongeveer 2000 euro . Ik heb geen ervaring met een sluimerstand , zoals de vorige reviewer , misschien dat hij iets verkeerd doet . Je krijgt een levenslang abbonement op VirtualDJ ter waarde van 300 euro , ongetwijfeld het beste DJ-programma ter wereld . Ik heb geen moment spijt gehad van deze aankoop .
